When Jacob Hamilton transferred schools to get away from his toxic ex, he never expected life to finally get better.

So once he gets buddied up with one of the popular guys, Jake automatically assumes things are going to continue moving downhill.

Thomas Reed, on the other hand, is bewildered.

Why can't he stop thinking about the new boy when he always thought he was interested in girls?

However as time flies by, and Tom and Jake grow closer, they both begin to question what others may think if they both accepted that they have much more than a friendship with one another - and with prom coming up, queries start to appear.
