a girl was born into a dystopian world where two societies were separated. those who are immune were placed into mazes whilst those who are gifted with knowledge were known as "the enemies" and placed in labs across the nation. unluckily for her she was placed with the enemies, known as WCKD. her abnormal intelligence made her stand out from the crowd, especially with no family members. she had no intention whatsoever on the change of the course of her life. she felt betrayed by the people she thought who would protect her and care for her. not everyone is who they seem, right? - (written in no caps, sorry for any editing mistakes - unedited as well) - gally groaned, folding his arms like a child. They're seniors in high school but because of the war, they've been separated on government orders. No one is allowed outside because the government is making people to believe its toxic. They believe that if the parents believe it, the kids will too. But it doesn't stop Alex. She and her best friends decide that they are going to try and stop this. But how? They have no clue.
