Five years after joining the Brotherhood and 4 after joining Trinity, Artemis is sent on her first major mission. To help Elder Lyons in the Capital Wasteland with the Super Mutant threat as well as to take care of a former Brotherhood Paladin named Ashur who turned slaver.

Things become complicated however when she comes across a Lone Wanderer in Megaton who is looking for his father. It's when it's mentioned that his father had a Brotherhood of Steel friend when Artemis takes interest and offers to go with him since she's also on her way to them. On their journey they come across the Enclave, an old enemy of the Brotherhood.

Things come to a head as to who holds the Jefferson Memorial, the sight of Project Purity and war immediately breaks out between the two factions. A war deciding if the region gets fresh, clean water, or to make it so everyone in the wasteland becomes sick.Tüm hakları saklıdır

The Legion did not retreat. Across the river, it gathers strength. Campfires burned, and training drums beat. Through it all, the New Vegas Strip has stayed open for business under the control of its mysterious overseer, Mr. House, and his army of rehabilitated Tribals and police robots. While all this was going on two people lived their lives. Loona, a hellhound and slave of Vulpes Inculta dragged to Nipton as her master made plans to destroy to town. And a courier working for the Mojave Express, who had been selected to deliver the Platinum Chip only to be caught by a man named Benny and left for dead in the Goodsprings Cemetery. Little did anyone know, but these two unassuming people would come together and be to ones to change to fate of the entire Mojave Wasteland... I do not own Helluva boss of Fallout New Vegas.

Artemis, loyal soldier of the Brotherhood, is sent back to the Commonwealth to fight her biggest fight yet as she faces her old masters at The Institute. Things are even more complicated solely because she herself is an escaped synth, a Courser at that. But even then she's not "just a Courser". Artemis had been trained by X6-88, the most ruthless Courser in the hidden underground facility and she herself showed quite a bit of promise setting the bar every Courser should hope to achieve. What's more is it seems the Institute now has its allies in a group the Brotherhood hasn't seen in a decade, the remnants of the Enclave have returned and with her friend and basically sister Elizabeth joining her it unintentionally makes things more interesting. All this with a personal strain on Arthur Maxson. Why would the High Elder send a synth of all things? He hates the idea, has the old man gone crazy? There's not way this could ever work right?....Right?

What she at first deems a blessing due to her curiosity of the surface soon proves to be hard labor bringing back escaped scientists and synths as well as kidnapping those who were just trying to live their lives. As time goes on S9 becomes disgruntled with her work with the only person she can confide in being her fellow synth J6-27. Eventually though, while out on a mission, things go south and S9 must make a decision. The Institute? Or those that wish to live free.
