Without Reset possibilities, the power of determination must manifest through other ways.
Humanity and monsterkind have been at odds for an eternity. The outcome of a war has separated the two races for centuries on different sides of the same continent and they manage to coexist. But as the little amount of tolerance between the two races crumbles, only the lone one standing can claim whatever the light touches as their empire.
But when the sun burns up, it is but those who thrive in the shadows, who will be everlasting.
FrontierTale is an Undertale AU about a dark fantasy western. It focuses on the story of Chara, Frisk and their determination. It mixes in new characters, conflicts, and settings with the old classic Undertale.

With monsters sealed underground, Zak, a nature loving Perseverance Soul and Eilidh, a warm hearted Empathy Soul, find themselves in a world of misfortune - spiraling down into a world unfamiliar to them, struggling to adapt to the dire circumstances. With monsters managing to discover how to fully manipulate their soul to the point where abilities such as Soul Splitting have been discovered - as well as magic embedding - the struggle of returning home will be no easy task for the pair. How will they cope with the dangers of being forced to face their darkest fears? How will they grow and develop as people? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Set 1 was originally written in Past Tense, so there may be a few errors here and there when reading that segment.
