"Do you know what you're doing to me, Kate?" he whispers, his voice still shaking from the cold and his lips still stained red from the wine. I dare to look into his eyes, making my heart double in speed.

"I have no idea." I whisper in response, suddenly feeling a wave of courage emerge from inside of me. "Show me." 

Jay O'Connor. Interpreted to some as an extraordinary mind trapped within an ordinary stereotype. His cigarette scent and leather jackets disguise his mysterious past and inhabited wealth to all but one member of East Columbus High. 

Kate Mitchell. An unconventionally beautiful girl with an unconventionally beautiful heart. Wise beyond her years, so much so that she can see right through Jay O'Connor. 

Set in the quirky city of San Fransisco, these two opposites cross paths within the walls of another High School.
