The sun shining through the small crack in the curtains hit her eyes. It was mocking her with its cheery attitude. She ripped the curtains shut, the sunlight gone and she settled to the floor letting the dark engulf her. She was not that little girl anymore, this was not her."

After a police raid ended with the House being sweeped for drugs, North hitches a ride to the local jail were she learns she is a missing kid's case gone cold for almost 11 years. Until now. 

North is forced to adopted a new identity while struggling to overcome her mental health that she is facing with this new identity and her old self. Additionally, having to come face to face with reality that if it weren't for her kidnapping, would she have been the perfect daughter Daniel and Sandy were wanting her to be? She faces a dilemma of not turning to her old ways, but nothing will stop her until she sees that her brothers are returned to her from where they are held captive with CPS.
