At the age of 17, Skylar Green is left to care for her 5-year old brother, Dylan. Her mother? Dead. Her father? It's a mystery. Moving to a new town, they need to keep out of trouble. But that seems very hard when she is also known as ' Stealth', a street fighter. A new town means another school where Skylar can't have friends. However, once Tyler is paired up with Skylar for a school project, he makes it his mission to become friends with the new, mysterious girl, Skylar. Skylar needs to be invisible in school to be able to get through her senior year with no hassle.
Especially when Tyler's friend, Zach, wants nothing more than to find out what made her become so distant.
Will she push him away or let him in?
Maybe love can be found on the way?

"Are you sure you wanna do this?" He asks, his hazel eyes grazing over my tear streaked face illuminated by the moonlight. "I've never been so sure of anything in my entire life." She didn't reply and I felt her finger move across my skin, lower, and almost all the way down my lower back. A shiver coursed through my body, strangely pleasant, and I felt her finger stop.
