This will be a collection of my thoughts,  written into short texts. When I have to get things out of my mind I write them down and I just decided to upload those texts here, for whatever reason. Maybe someone enjoys reading this or feels the same as me or whatever.
Also this story doesn't exist to make drugs/depression/self harm etc. look great, it is for those who feel lonely and not understood and to show those people that help is everywhere. It is meant to help people, not to get them down or something.
Also, you should know that english is my second language.

It is ok not to be ok. this is my perspective of depression and my thoughts that emerged from this tough time. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and went through some suicidal ideation. one of the roots of depression is loneliness. I decided that writing to be my companion and poured out my ideas, thoughts and experience through writing down. I had no intention to share it, but as time passes It turned out I have my own original experience in depression. I believe that anyone suffering from depression might correlate with this. hopefully -ironically- it will be of use to anybody and to see that you are not alone in this.

The Words I couldn't Say, de -silentmochi

This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. This is a bio about me and what I went through as a child. You see I was abused not just by both parents but my whole family. I know you guys probably heard about all of this before but I want to write this. It will help me forget about my past and let me move on. I was suicidal and I wanted to give up but I didn't. So this is a story of what happened before Ways To Stop Bullying and after it. Journey with me when you see the hell I went through and how I made it out to be the person I am today. To be honest this is something that scares me more than anything in the world by writing this. But I want to and need to. To be warned it will get ugly and it might not look that bad to most people who probably had it worse than me. But this isn't why I'm writing this to get sympathy I'm writing this so I can finally move on and say. I done this I lived through it. I doubt anyone would read this and if they do I doubt many will but I don't care I'm writing this for me and if it helps others? I'm glad so I don't know what else to say so this is all.

Just things I write well I'm not in a very good Place. I thought these aren't half bad. So why don't I share them with other people not only myself? So here we are I hope you like them. Also if some of them are Quotes or Poems you've seen before feel free to tell me, because I never looked anything up just wrote what came to mind. So maybe I wrote a Quote, that has already been thought of, and of course Thank you for even clicking on this worthless, trashy, and utterly pointless book... Side note it gets better at the end of this book. The beginning is 6th grade me (11-12 year old me) so it's pretty fucking terrible, but who gives a fuck anyway? Not Me!
