Deadly pursuit

Jimin Fletcher, a Korean-born FBI agent and member of an elite task force, is investigating a series of heinous serial killer murders in the United States. Detective Kim Taehyung, a seasoned and ambitious Korean law enforcement officer visiting the US to collaborate on a case, is summoned to the same crime scene. Their first encounter is tense, with Jimin's suspicions sparking a brief, uneasy exchange. He resolves never to see the man again, though fate has other plans.

And despite their mutual dislike, the FBI requests Taehyung's expertise on the task force due to the case's federal implications. Although Taehyung prefers to work independently, the FBI's insistence prompts him to join the team, forcing him to navigate a tense and adversarial working relationship with Fletcher.

As they investigate further, they uncover a sinister network of drug and human organ trafficking linked to the serial killer. Despite their differing methodologies and opinions, they can't ignore the growing tension between them. As they dig deeper, they discover a connection to a cold case from twenty years ago. To stop the killer and prevent further loss of life, they must unravel the mystery and identify the link.
