    Cielo and Milo have been friends since childhood and develop feelings for each other at the age of fourteen. Cielo gets into a horrible car accident and loses her liver. She is told she is going to die, unless she has a donor. Her best friend Milo steps up and donates  most of his liver so Cielo can live a normal life, however Milo only has 15 years left to live.
