Lloyd is a prince of Ninjago. He's born in royal family and is the heir, people think he's lucky and stuff but in fact he HATES it. All royal stuff and duty, all expectations: it just makes him sick and he has no choice but to act.
Only times he gets actually any freedom is during nights when he slips out and is a ninja, no one knows he is the Green Ninja aside from his friends of course but other than that, his identity is secret to the public cause if his parents knew.....well yeah, it wouldn't end well.
It's slightly annoying that his friends identity are known so he is being asked usually "Who he is?" After saving city with others or something but he's used to it, this is been his life for a long time. But suddenly his life crashes down when gets unexpected news from his parents and that will start a chain events, each one more worse.....

Together, they are thrown in the deep end as they get kidnapped by the evil forces that plot against the empire. Together, the two must survive and make their way back to Ninjago City in order to stop what ends up not only causing darkness, but also great loss, agony and hardships. Together, they must defeat the unexpected traitor and restore peace to the land of Ninjago. He's also fighting for his troubling heart, as the same guy who ruined his life never fails to skyrocket his heart rate through the sky, and churn his stomach like a towel being twisted into a rope. The first day they met was already stressful, let alone the following ones.
