Scholar's Tale

The Maussamu-festival. It is of great popularity and meant to honour the seasons once a year. Yet the celebrations turn out not only to be the stage for a good harvest but a dangerous game. To his surprise, the cold and aloof scholar Illianduh finds himself an unlikely centrepiece, as the festival slowly turns into ground for disaster. Upon an attack he is met with the company of an escort, who gradually wins over his petrified heart. To the knight's demise, the scholar refuses to accept his self-sacrificing help, until he one day disappears. The knight, shocked, does everything in his power to find his missing lover and unravel the mystery leading up to a brutal war, which threatens to engulf not only Illianduh but the whole kingdom.
