Celestia's life was simple-early mornings at the library, coffee in hand, and avoid triggering her social anxiety at all costs. That is, until Jaxson Ashford storms into her world. He's rich, confident, and totally out of her league... or so she thinks.

Jaxson, the CEO with the gruff exterior and endless charm, has his sights set on her. What starts as casual flirting quickly turns into something deeper, and soon, Celestia finds herself falling for the man she never thought she'd want.

Jaxson raises an eyebrow, leaning in closer. "Maybe that's why you're the only part of it that makes sense."

"You're such an ass," Celestia grumbles, her lips twitching into a reluctant smile.

Jaxson smirks. "And you're a brat. But lucky for you, I like brats."

"You know, I've been thinking about how you'd look without that dress."

"What? You can't just say that!"

"Why not? I think it's a perfectly valid thought, especially when I'm trying to picture you in my sheets."
