There has been lot of choices found in the research journals, whether it should be paid or unpaid journals. But the problem with the unpaid journals are that they are time consuming, so as per the students/authors has the scarcity of time. The article processing charges generally term as APC in short, it has the concept same as the publication,that its publication fees or charge issue by the journals to make the work available open access either in open access por hybrid access. Usually reputed journals without article processing charges proceed for the publication work or do it freely, unless author demands publishing manuscript in open access.
