Best friends Princess Sofia and Prince Hugo both decided to go to Corinthian Sport School after graduating from Royal Prep. Young Hugo developed feelings for the princess ever since their Flying Derby match when they first met, but the thing is; Sofia is unaware of Hugo's feelings towards her. Sofia falls in love and gets into a relationship with her boyfriend Peter. As well for Hugo, he started feeling ill. Every time he sees or even hears a mention of Sofia's name, he starts coughing up. Soon enough, he coughs off Snowdrops; Princess Sofia's favourite flower. The young man didn't understand what was happening and is terrified. He tells his brother and father after he got home from CSS, and he figured out that he has the Hanahaki disease.
Would Prince Hugo survive the slow pain of misery looking at the person he'd love for the longest time, fall in love with someone else other than him?

What will happen when Hugo finds out that Sofia is keeping secrets? Will Hugo start to embrace his feelings for Sofia and break away her tough exterior? Or will it all be too late? But the most important question is: How do you get yourself out of love when you are already too deep into it? She fell, she got up, she saw him, she fell again.
