In the distant future, the country's government has been overrun by the military. The President's seat has been ousted, giving birth to the title of Primary. Police officers have been replaced by Righters, and a secret society threatens to add to the mass turmoil. And Brian Fisher is in the middle of it all. On the way to a luxuriant ball, Brian Fisher and his wife, Sarah, are cut off by a mysterious vehicle. What ensued was the sudden and forceful kidnapping of Brian's wife. Allen Conway, along with Lisa Higgins and his team of agents, embark on a mission to save Brian's wife. What they later discover is that Sarah wasn't the only one to be kidnapped. Little do they know that her kidnappers are planning something more insidious than any of them could imagine.
