Neredeyse yüz yıldır savaş olmadan tüm uluslar barış içinde yaşamlarını sürdürüyordu. Ama gerilim yükseliyor ve barışın sürdürülmesi umudu gittikçe azalıyor, savaş yaklaşıyordu.
