Set in the dystopian future of 2349, advances in human industrial activities and progression in technology cause severe ozone thinning. This causes massive increases in UV radiation, and burns the Earth, now a wasteland. Every year, on winter solstice, the coolest day of the year, there is a migration. Hundreds of survivors struggling to find habitable areas. This is the story of one of those survivors, who must brave the unknown horrors of the Charred Earth to find a new life for him and his brother.
