I'm different and everyone know's it. You want to know why, because I'm cursed. Why me and my family history. This didn't have to happen. This was not my doing just my history. They say grief comes in six stages. First, it's the initial shock of losing someone you love. Next, it's denial of the fact that they are really, truly gone. This is followed by a wave of anger at not only yourself, but those around you. You can bargain all you want, but nothing can change the past. After all this, you fall into a grey area of depression. "when death holds my hand, i will hold you with the other and find you in another life again." denial: after first losing a loved one, you may feel shocked or numb. almost as if the death is not a real occurrence. this is a temporary way to deal with the rush of overwhelming emotion. its a defense mechanism. but in eden's case, the first stage of grief didn't seem to be temporary. and there is only one way to help him move on. tw ! suicide/death/addiction/mental illness mature content

It's cruel that no one teaches you how to lose someone ,no one tells your friends and family how to help you through it ,no one tells you the five stages of grief do not come in order and they do not have a statue of limitations . The universe does not care one bit that you are only a fraction of what you were ,it doesn't care that you still ache ,still can't sleep ,still hold back tears any time you're not alone .
