Kylie Cantrall and Malia Baker are the main stars of the latest Disney movie, Descendents: The Rise of Red. Their on-screen characters, Red and Chloe Charming team together and become close to change the past for a better future. On set, Kylie and Malia instantly become besties. Over time, their fellow cast-mates and friends sense something more between them. Eye contact during dance rehearsals, sneaking into each other's trailers, and obvious flirting between takes. Some of the other cast develop some romantic feelings too. Once the movie is out to the world, the girls and the rest of the main cast partake in several interviews, and events. Kylie wants to get serious and put it out to the spotlight, while Malia is unsure and wants to keep it lowkey. It's a battle between intense feelings and acting professional. Will they have a happy ending just like in their movie? Or will their chemistry remain for the screen?

(this is a slow burn kind of love story. sweet, emotional, hint of humor, and no smut. hope you enjoy reading. thank you to those who have and thanks for all of the love and support!)

16 parts Complete

After a year of dating, Kylie Cantrall and Malia Baker are stronger than ever. Their careers are even skyrocketing. Kylie takes a break from acting to embark on her first music tour, while Malia lands a starring role in a Hulu original. The distance is challenging, but they stay connected. On tour, Kylie spends time with an old friend, sparking jealousy in Malia, who fears Kylie might have feelings. Meanwhile, Kylie believes that Malia is only focused on her acting career, and putting it above everything else. The separation and emotional turmoil test their relationship as they pursue their dreams. Will the distance drive them apart, or make their hearts grow fonder? (this is a love story of the hardship of long distance and how it can make things complicated, but in the end it all works out. this is sweet, emotional, fun, and romantic but theirs no smut.)
