Welcome to Sayensi Academy, a boarding school in Lagos that grooms early teens into science-I mean, empowers them with skills of the future-and meet Reho Oruese, a teenage psychic with zero formal schooling experience before Sayensi. The DSS, the spy organization that made her, kicked her and her mother out because her powers didn't develop on time. 

Now that she has moved on, made friends, developed her powers, and gained admission into Sayensi, they want her back. She receives threatening messages first from them and then their lapdog organization, the Lagos Legion, led by the dangerous mercenary Titiri. Legion invades the school to capture her. 

They need Reho to be a weapon, and they are ready to torment her friends to force her to comply. They would be an unstoppable force if they succeeded in getting her back. But Reho won't be their weapon and she won't watch anyone she loves suffer and die.
