Makiwa flees to the scene with Rose, her father, and his father speechless. Rose tearing up as the love of her life rejected her hand in marriage while her father comforts her. Makiwa's father was enraged and stormed to Makiwa to get a beating.

Makiwa Tengikou, a Japanese Highschool boy lived a very miserable life having to take care his family all by himself ever since his mother was discharged from the hospital and couldn't to motherly tasks to manage her family, while his father abandoned them later on became famous from his revived business and tries to find an heir for his business to continue. He realizes that his son, Makiwa fitted the description of filling the gap and tried to marry him to one of his friend's daughter which is a famous CEO of a trading corporation. They eventually agreed to marry their young ones. Rose Angelique, who won many awards and conglomerates fell in love with Makiwa at first sight from a picture frame she saw. To Rose, Makiwa is like a god descended from above and would do anything to get his attention. Meanwhile Makiwa sees Rose as someone that crumbles his life agian into pieces.

This is where their complicated and cold relationship begins as we unfold how the story develops, would Makiwa finally let go of the past and accept the arranged marriage? Or would he be stuck in an endless spiral of never ending sorrow and misery? Read the story to find out more.
