You are a human in the world of Beastars, among if not the rarest species there is.

After losing your parents at the age of 7, you and your younger sister grew up in the peculiar environment of an orphanage and longed for a more normal life.

Determined to get to it, you and your sister immersed yourselfs in studying so you can apply to Cherryton Academy and it paid off. You couldn't be happier, you would finally have that normal life you had wanted for so long. Little do you know that when you get there, you would experience a series of events that can be described an anything but normal.
