Michael (23) was at his part time job - answering calls for the suicide hotline when a strange call came in. Enter Lauren (17) a troubled teen with a messed up life. At first Michael thinks she's just bratty and sarcastic. She calls him at the same time every day, until something happens. And he for the life of him can't figure her out, was she actually suicidal or just trying to get attention? Until he quits his job and they meet in person and he realizes she's not like she first appeared.
