Maybe it was because that's what his friend, Kacchan, wanted to do as well. But when Izuku finally developed his quirk, it wasn't what he had expected. It wasn't WHEN he expected it, either. In fact, it's timing caused quite a bit of trouble. Only four years old, and Izuku Midoriya had accidentally killed his only living relatives. The Bakugou family adopted Izuku. Katsuki and Izuku became like brothers, and began their path to becoming heroes together. Little did they know, Izuku's troubles with his quirk being "villainous" were far from over. ** I discontinued this because I'm not happy with it. Izuku Midoriya/34,709 words Midoriya Izuku was dead. There were enough witnesses to watch as he fell from the sky, a hole in his chest and the light gone in his eyes. So why, a week later did Class 1-A walk in to find him sitting at his desk, wearing the same blood-stained costume, but very much alive. - (It turns out Midoriya has an Immortality quirk. The only problem is when he wakes up again, he can't remember anything for a while. Not even who his friends are.)

Life's been cruel to Izuku Midoriya. After having to bury his wife and daughter, his only other child gets put into a quirk-induced coma that they can't wake her up from. He shuts down, ignoring the outside world, refusing to let anyone in. He's terrified of the consequences it could bring if other people entered his life. The only person he can't push away is Bakugo. No matter how hard he tries, Bakugo keeps coming back, just trying to make sure Midoriya stays alive. When Bakugo's had enough, he forces Midoriya out of his bed and tries to help him through the pain. That day, they didn't know what they had lost. Izuku Yagi was born quirkless. His sister, Izumi Yagi, on the other hand, had an extremely powerful quirk that could match match one for all-her father's quirk. While his parents praised Izumi, Izuku was mindlessly neglected and shoved aside like he was nonexistent. Izuku life took a turn for the worse to the point he ran away and jump on a boat that was heading out of the country. Years later izuku was watching his lover siblings while also doing his own hero work when all of the sudden he finds out that his boyfriend was in trouble and needs his help.
