Thanks to a group of warriors known as Overwatch. One of the members Genji Shimada and his wife Mercy took him in adopting him as one of their own.

But as for our Hero will he be recovered or succumbed to darkness?

Well he chose both paths. He will avenge his girlfriend's death and expose all fake heroes then kill them.
