Life was a bunch of things but fair. A slowly and painful dance in which you could either get killed or get you stuck. Every single day suffused with lies, betrayals, heartbreaks. In the middle of this chaos, Ariana tried to find shelter in this new city she had moved in, Chicago. Despite that, she had been thrown straight into the eye of the storm-in Nicholas' world. A mysterious guy she hated as much as he intrigued her. Unfortunately she caught his eye and when the devil peeked at you there was no escape. Cause with Nicholas trouble were chained, the question was would she survive his world or was she to be swallowed by his darkness?

The first time he had laid eyes on her something changed. As if he would have taken a breath of fresh air again after years of bathing his lungs in nothing but smoke, agony and suffering. That fact bothered him as fuck. He was damn interested in her. She amplified his madness just by the simple fact that she breathed. Nothing of sort ever happened to him before. It annoyed him how much that he yearned for a simple glance of hers. From the moment he saw her his life went to hell. She was both an angel and temptation, sin and redemption.
