What happens when a cat owner gets to hear the deeper, most intimate thoughts of her pet, turned human by a bizarre incident? A series of comical happenings that both of them cannot evade the consequence, but creating new opportunities for each, Sarah, the clueless owner, and the nameless cat (begrudgingly named Whiskers, much to his dismay.)  This is a collection of short stories of a vulgar cat that invaded half of the world, only to live its ninth life in a mundane flat in London shared with his owner, Sarah where, unexpectedly, turning into the most interesting of his nine lives.
