Daliha is a smart girl who seems to have everything.

Daliha's father, Arthur Kingerfield, is the heir to a powerful wizarding family obsessed with power, even at the cost of their loved ones.
He exploited her ability to control ancient magic for his own gain, causing Daliha immense suffering throughout her life.
While her mother was kind, she never stopped him, and her brothers, Leo and Orion, were too afraid of him to consistently defend her.
Eventually, Daliha convinced her father to let her attend Hogwarts for her seventh year, despite his reluctance.
