Luffy is the Seraphims....DAD?

Okay so I have been thinking of the Seraphim having some of Luffy's blood. like the D. blood. and I was thinking that I don't know how but Vegapunk somehow got Luffy's blood. and he made that green blood out of it. that's also mean Vegapunk made Luffy the highest priority for the Seraphim 'coding' so the priority goes like this.
Luffy.
the five elders.
Vegapunk.
Sentomaru.
And who has that Fucking Authority chip.
how does Luffy find out.....you will have to read to know. ;P
And also it's only S-Hawk, S-Snake and S-Croc that will be Luffy's kid. The other once don't have D. Blood but they still listen to Luffy.
