Dazai and Chuuya are chosen to go to an undercover mission to Hogwarts, mainly because they're the only two who are the same age, mentally stable (kinda), and the youngest in the Mafia (beside Q but they're crazy). Unbeknownst to Chuuya, Dazai has already been to Hogwarts and feels right at home there, but to Dazai's surprise he gets resorted to Ravenclaw with Chuuya instead, what will happen?

In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil.
