John Dory had been on the road for years in search for his family. Marking off each place he went to. He met other trolls of various musical styles along his travels, but didn't stay around long enough, just to see if anyone has information and get supplies.
It was the lure of Pop music and the advertisement of a place called Mount Rageous to continue his search, only to find himself in a diamond prison by a teen seeking fame.
