"The Forbidden-" Snape balks, then pales. He bolts to his feet. "Albus- surely not, after last time- you have not allowed another werewolf residence here at Hogwarts, after the last incident-"
"Remus Lupin was never implicated," Albus says with his best attempt at being soothing. He misses spectacularly and Snape throws the haggard girl a furious, fuming look. "I have no right to discriminate against this young woman, to turn her away in search of an education... no, I simply..."
"She is a dangerous animal," Snape snarls, gesturing wildly. "You allow her to roam free in the Forbidden Forest where any foolish student may wander and be killed? Eaten? In the name of forsaking discrimination? Surely, I must be misunderstanding you, Albus-!"
"You are," Albus says calmly as Miss Goldwolf- as that damn animal- swallows with an audible click in her throat. "This young lady has done nothing to you, Severus, and I ask you peacefully to sit back down. Miss Goldwolf's situation is... unique, and entirely different than Mr. Lupin's. I ask of you only to sit calmly as I explain."
Snape does not sit and Albus sighs, as if Snape is being the unreasonable one.
"Who Will Save the Savior?"
Severus Snape devoted his life to saving others, even when it meant being hated and reviled by the very people he protected. He died believing he was despised, and branded as a traitor to Dumbledore. But what if, at the last moment, someone could rewrite his fate? What if death didn't have to be his end?
In a twist of fate, Snape's lonely existence is shattered when he meets Aggie, a fierce and complex woman who awakens a love he thought lost with Lily. She is the only one who makes him feel understood, and cherished. But Aggie carries a dark legacy; she's the last bloodline of Gellert Grindelwald, the terror of the wizarding world, and is cursed with an uncontrollable, destructive power.
Snape now faces an impossible choice: to risk everything once more to save her or let her drift into the darkness that nearly consumed him. As shadows from his past threaten to repeat, Snape must confront his deepest fears. Can he save the woman he loves, or will history repeat itself in a devastating echo of lost love?
