Darkness consumes everyone. It starts off small, but spreads like a infection quicker than you could imagine. Leighton Jones and her family move to a secluded lake house with a mindset of hopeful relief after the loss of a loved one. Transitioning from downtown Seattle to the thrilling forests of Washington, they seek comfort. Nearly 20 miles away from the nearest gas station, and another 20 from civilization, they settle into their new home, and meet their neighbors.
