Even in a quirkless world, Izuku Midoryia was still the school outcast. he was bullied for little things all the time whether it be his drawings, his love for super heroes, or his love for writing. 
As Izuku was sitting peacefully at his desk drawing in his notebook when a new boy sat next to him.
