Say No More

Trapped in New York City after the invasion of a deadly alien species with ultra-sensitive hearing, Maren Thompson finds herself alone and terrified after getting separated from her sister. The origin of these aliens is unknown, but what quickly becomes clear is the only chance at making it out of the city alive is by remaining silent and undetected.

After restless days spent hiding in a safehouse with other survivors, Maren befriends Eric, an English law student, and the two quickly become each other's sole companion in this dire new reality. When Maren has begun to give up on the chances of escape and reunion with her family, military announcement of a civilian evacuation by boat at the South Street Seaport ignites that hope once more.

Maren and Eric together make the deadly decision to venture out into what's left of the city in search of Maren's sister and nephew. Holding on to the slim hope that they will find them alive and make it to the seaport for the evacuation in two-day's time, it is a race against the clock and the likelihood of an untimely and gruesome end.
