Samantha Argent's whole life was a mess. She was adopted into the Argent family at the age of two, becoming the youngest sibling of Chris and Kate Argent. Samantha, like Chris and Kate, was raised to be a hunter, a warrior, a leader.

Dealing with a jealous sister and going to school with the infamous Derek Hale was hell for her, but she found comfort in his sister Laura. They were the best of friends, practically sisters, which Samantha appreciated since hers was never there for her. 

Everything started to change once Samantha got into her teen years, she found out truths that changed her life, she did things she wished she didn't, she fell in love with Derek, who was madly in love with Paige, not to mention she got under-paid when babysitting a spazzy kid named Stiles.

She was finally getting her life back together, six years after her best friend vanishes, when one day Derek Hale shows up. She has no idea whether to let him back in or shut him out forever.
