This is a research paper focuses on the international migration of knowledge workers across the world for different piece of work, exploring the idea behind their migration, positive and negative impacts how a skilled worker or knowledge based worker being treated and how does it affect their life in search of job opportunities in all over the world, where I took major case studies and analysed other writers work as well to understand the origin and process of migration of knowledge workers and its consequences on a large scale.
