In 1260 BC, 20 year old Elizabeth and 40 year old Caius were frantically look for each other because Vampires started attacking the town. Caius was almost killed because he was saving his daughter. Aro happened to be there and was able to save both of them, but it came at a deep cost. They had to join Aro's coven, but Elizabeth wanted to get revenge first.
Over the years, Caius and his daughter Elizabeth stayed together to get through life as a vampire. Years after joining the Volturi and building up Volterra, Caius meets his mate, Athenodora, and it made Elizabeth long for her mate. What happens when she finally meets him? Will he accept her or reject her?
