An Alastor x Reader Fanfic.
A story about the beginning of a new life. A clean slate. A retreat from a depressing and disturbing history, for Y/N. However, the plan is set askew by a certain character, who seems hell bent on preventing your recovery and reset. Little did you know what would be waiting for you in Louisiana, and soon enough, you wish you never moved.
To make the overall story flow better, specific historical details associated with the early 20th century (the time period in which the story takes place), such as old English dialogue, may have been overlooked.
Contains very mature, and potentially concerning themes. (In future chapters).
The actions, sins and crimes within this book, are discouraged, and not endorsed.
