Amelia White was another, average teenage girl. At the age of eighteen, the only thing she had been fretting about was who to go to the school ball with. Her parents paid for all her expenses, her big brother stood up to any bullies, and her little sister who was an amazing cook.
But all of that changed when her parents die in a plane crash, in the middle of the pacific ocean. Her brother is devastated and moves to the other side of the country to be comforted by his fiancee's family, leaving Amelia all alone with their fourteen year old sister, who stills has to go to school, and have all her espenses paid.
Amelia is forced to drop out of high school earlier than she wanted to get a job to pay for her little sister.
Fast forward a eight months and Amelia has just turned nineteen, and has grown closer to her sister than she thought she ever would, and with her sisters' birthday just around the corner, Amelia is stuck on what to get her. But when her younger sister's favorite boy band comes to town, Amelia knows the perfect present for her sisters fifteenth birthday.
A meet and greet pass was all it took to please both girls'. With her younger sister's dreams coming true, Amelia starts to wonder if hers ever will; the dream of true love.
