BRAKE SHOE WELDER
The brake shoe welder is independently developed and produced by Xihe. At present, the medium frequency roll welding machine is used for single rib brake shoes, and the gas shielded welding machine is used for plug welding, fillet welding, and reshaping of double rib brake shoes of heavy trucks. The brakeshoe welder adopts the color touch screen to control the parameters. The clamping, positioning, displacement, welding and unloading of the workpiece are automatically completed. The optimized program design makes the connection of each step smoother and the welding efficiency higher.
