Cliff Reed is a seventeen-year-old high school senior in the quiet town of Syracuse, Kansas. His life, once defined by routine and small-town simplicity, is abruptly shattered when a sudden and horrifying zombie apocalypse erupts. What starts as a series of unexplained disappearances and eerie disturbances soon morphs into an all-out nightmare as the dead rise and humanity's fragile order collapses.
