Starting from the very bottom with no system, no clan, no kekkai genkai, no unrealistic gains. The only cheat is knowledge of the canon future, which in a world where people walk on water like Jesus, blow fire like their freaking dragons, and can summon toads the size of the Eifel tower doesn't give much help. Or does it?
Please note that because you exist in the Naruto verse, it will cause this world to be an au, which means some events from canon will and wont happen.

The MC wakes up after a normal day, in the Naruto Verse After quickly coming to terms with his situation, he plans to use Science to dominate the entire world! And he's not stopping at just that.... The MC is a former college student who loves Science, Maths and Anime. He used to study everything about Maths and Science and was very interested in the Naruto world and knew quite a bit about all three. Watch as our protagonist uses his brains and information about the world and science to accomplish feats even the Otsotsuki couldn't imagine doing! However, the path of science is slow and arduous so the MC isn't gonna be op from the get go he will try to figure out the different types chakra and it's applications and use it in a way no one thought possible to produce mind boggling results. Hence, the story will be paced a bit slowly but he will also be absurdly op in the future, not because of cheats, but because he is a scientist, and to a scientist having time, information and a good brain is all that's required, all of which our MC, Kagaku has due to his previous life! At age 7, he loses his older cousin and clan to Itachi. He vows revenge on the killer but is imprisoned under false charges at age 14. He is broken out of that prison and he ends the wars, unifying the rest of the world to make a true empire. He will return to the Elemental Nations but will he rule as a kind emperor or a brutal tyrant? ALL ART USED GOES TO THEIR RESPECTIVE CREATORS.
