Untitled Curse

In a world ravaged by starvation, a young boy from a struggling family of five is cast into the harsh reality of scavenging for food. His family, burdened by superstition and economic hardship, views him with disdain, believing he is cursed due to his scars and their unrealistic expectations for the "pure" third child. The boy's mother, though not overtly malicious, has subjected him to cruel treatment, leaving him feeling like a slave. His only solace is his friend Haruto, who had once offered him comfort and a promise of unwavering support, but who has since disappeared from his life. As he searches desperately for food to prevent his mother's wrath, the boy grapples with feelings of betrayal, isolation, and the haunting question of why his life has become so unbearably painful.
