The god of war and the god of reckoning

"We all know the story of kratos and her life, the gods made her kill her own family, destroyed any semblance of a normal life, cursed to forever have her husband and daughters ashes on her body for all of eternity, used by the god of war and been betrayed by him and the gods for far too long made her snapped completely."

"Which resulted in her killing every god that stood in her way in her path to vengeance for all the things she had been through, including her own father Zeus who did the most damage in her life and sentence her to death and torture in Tartarus."
"And I think we all know the rest, she plunged the sword of Olympus to her chest and released hope into the world and disappeared from the cliffs of Olympus, never to be seen again."

"Now we know her story and now she is on a whole different terrain and with a son now, with their goal to reach the highest peak in the realms.
But what happens when she is not the only one that's not suppose to be there who wants to help her while doing his own quest.

Someone that is on par with her own power and strength, but not of war and rage.
