Zea Alaina James is your average twenty-three year old- besides maybe the fact that she'd rather stay quiet, stay out of the way, and stay absolutely all to herself. Your average introvert if you will. Jonah Benjamin Hayes is your average twenty-five year old- besides the fact that he can and will have and hold a conversation with literally almost anybody and won't bother talking the ear off to anybody willing to listen. Your average extrovert if you will. One thing about Zea- she doesn't like to talk much. For a reason. One thing about Jonah- you couldn't get him to shut up. Nothing, not even his constant stutter that sometimes trips him up at times, is enough to stop him from trying to make someone's day simply by trying to have a conversation with them. What happens when these two worlds collide? Do they have more in common then most would think? Or will they allow life to drift them apart from one another over time? Read to find outtttttt Ps I SUCKKKKK at summaries.

I didn't come here to make friends. But still- it hit harder than I thought when he said it. "We're not friends." Just like that. Like I was the problem for thinking the silence between us meant anything more than... silence. He barely looked at me when he said it. Didn't flinch. Didn't soften. And I wish I could say I didn't care. I wish I could say I rolled my eyes and walked away. But the truth is- his words stayed. ::: She never asked for a new beginning. He made sure it wouldn't feel like one. After losing everything that once felt like home, Lyrah is forced to move into a house that doesn't belong to her-shared with strangers, full of boxes that carry more silence than belongings. New town. New walls. New rules. What she didn't expect was Jonah McGregor. Detached. Sharp. Unbothered. The kind of guy who makes it clear from day one: "We're not friends." He doesn't want to talk. He doesn't want to listen. He just wants to be left alone. But sometimes the people who keep you furthest away are the ones who see you the clearest. And sometimes the most unexpected person becomes the only one who truly gets it. (Wednesday is new chapter day on 6 pm)
