Mobius' Flower Gleams and Glows

The people of Mobius are struggling with the death of their King and Queen from Mobotroplis, but none so much as their children, Ellen, Manic, Sonia and Antia, adopted by the Wachowskis, alongside Feels, who have difficulty dealing with the world they've been isolated from since their brother's kidnapping.
At the same time, the princess of the Acorn Kingdom takes care of a very valuable crown and then end up roped into looking out for a teenager a year younger than her with a strange backstory and dark past.
And both of these stories get tangled with the tale of Sonic, a hedgehog with mysterious golden fur, who has spent his entire life in an abandoned tower. But every year on his birthday, thousands of lanterns fly into the sky, and he's determined this year to see them for himself and discover what they mean for him.
And what happens when he figures it out? What does he, and his partner, do then? And then what happens when you bring in the powers of the sun and the moon, mysterious demonic entities, and secrets waiting to be revealed?
