In the remote village of Eldridge Hollow, darkness fell with an unsettling finality each night. The old electric cable that snaked through the village flickered ominously before plunging them into pitch black. This nightly blackout had become a grim ritual; each morning, the villagers would awaken to find a new corpse-an animal or, more chillingly, a human-discarded as if it were nothing more than refuse.
