My Hero Academia: Wrath of the Ghost

A new and dangerous villain with a huge vendetta against quirks called the Ghost is on a blood path. More so, he has the ability to strip people of their quirks. With this in mind, all of Japan and even the world is wary of the nefarious individuals. Can the heroes overcome this mysterious and vile fiend, or will he succeed in his goal?
